Damian Hurley has recently disclosed that while filming one of his short films, the famous actress, Elizabeth Hurley, nearly got herself arrested in Switzerland

The actor, 22, remembered how his godfather’s chase on the runway at Zurich airport led to a moment when Elizabeth, 58, almost went behind bars for this.

Looking back on his short-lived film career with Tattler, Damian described it as his finest hour.

I am a filmmaker. That must have all started when my mother gave me this camcorder on my eighth birthday.  Because a tyrant was born from then on. But from the day I got that monstrosity in hand, all only wish was for every movie to be written and directed by me.

I would torture everyone I could lay my hands on to appear in self-written and self-directed short films, even if they were a friend or relative; and every holiday saw a suitcase full of props, light scenery or costumes dragged along beside me.

When catching the film ‘Paddington’, where he has a role, I don’t think Stephen originally meant to sign his children Damien and Elizabeth. However, because of a friend they both had in common who was connected to modern British literature, they were busy on package holidays at their favorite Swiss resort.

In a bid to get to St Moritz with my peers, I’m afraid one of my most glorious moments came–nearly having my godmother arrested with me. I made her chase Long-suffering godfather Hugh Grant around Zurich airport wielding an object which would have hurt him, going bellowing off that she was going to skin him alive.

Mr. Damian was also asked about the distressing plot behind his first film, Strictly Confidential.

In his new film, a girl drowns near her family home in the Caribbean, and all those who loved her are plunged into mourning.

The concept for the script formed in the mind of the model, actor and film maker after losing close friends to suicide as well as his biological father Steven Bing.

‘At last,’ he exclaimed a little ruefully, having unearthed a treatment I’d written at 17 in the immediate aftermath of a friend’s suicide death.

‘I shelved it at the time, deciding I wasn’t ready to do such a story yet. But in the interim three years I’d lost a parent to suicide too-and had become sharp.

‘I saw that the experience–with Strictly Confidential was mine now to own it. There is the story of a young woman haunted by the suicide of her best friend, who sticks out to find out what happened.’

Elizabeth became pregnant with her only child from a brief affair with Steven Bing shortly after she broke up with Hugh Grant in 2000.

This proved to be reality; even though a DNA trial showed that Bing was Damian’s father. But Bing never became part of his son’s life and the two didn’t meet as far as records reveal. In 2020 Bing jumped from his 27th-story Los Angeles condo building.

But when screen legend Elizabeth recently did a racy lesbian romp with her son Damian for his upcoming film Strictly Confidential, it was big news.

Elizabeth received criticism when she looked at another woman in a raunchy trailer for her movie Strictly Confidential. Her son Damian directed the video.

To her mind, though, the scene belonged to not only what was arousing it but also served a valid role in plot development for that movie.

In Damian’s debut as a director, Elizabeth plays a mother named Lily who in the wake of her daughter and husband’s mysterious deaths welcomes her daughter’s friends onto her Caribbean estate the next year.

Lily has a secret love affair with her daughter’s female chum.

Talking Toofab about the hot-and-steamy sex scene between herself and another woman, which was directed by her very own son Damian, Elizabeth said: ‘Well, it was a very important part of storytelling. Mia, our heroine, is trying to understand why her best friend [Elizabeth’s character’s daughter] has killed themselves.

We didn’t even bring up the actual shooting of it.

We just knew it would have an effect on the story and that was our job.’

An additional reason that slayings are always handled by men in her stories: the Chinese word for ‘slaying’ is exactly synonymous with ‘fashion clothing.’ The screen star said: ‘For me, if I see in the script there’s something entered gratuitously — and it’s all no good for the storytelling — from the moment I was a beginner, I would just be like “I don’t understand that, I don’t get that, I don’t want to have anything to do with it.” It’s just put in, on my word, by some male executive somewhere and I’ve never been involved in that.

‘I would not have gotten involved if it had been on this, but it wasn’t. That was so integral. It was just part of the story — not just some sex scene thrown in to turn people on.’
