Los Angeles is still reeling from the shocking announcement that Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist, known as the “Golden Bachelor” couple, are calling it quits after just three months of marriage.

In an interview with ABC’s Juju Chang, the couple explained that despite their love for each other, they’ve mutually agreed to go their separate ways due to their dedication to their grown children and grandchildren.
Gerry emphasized the importance of having meaningful conversations with a partner from the start, something he prioritized during his journey on “The Bachelor.”

“I looked for a partner who could laugh with me and stand beside me as an equal,” Gerry said during the show’s premiere event in September.
Their bond seemed strong throughout the season, with Theresa providing support and laughter during their dates. However, despite their apparent happiness, they’ve decided to part ways, though they insist their love remains intact.
