Simpson, known as “The Juice” during his football career, played 11 seasons in the NFL, but his legacy was forever altered by the deaths of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman in 1994. Despite his acquittal in the widely publicized trial, Simpson’s life remained under intense scrutiny.

Reports of his cancer diagnosis surfaced in February, leading to speculation about his health. While denying rumors of being in hospice care, Simpson did not confirm or deny the cancer diagnosis in a video shared on X.
